Kimberly Allen was killed by a hit-and-run driver on East Sprague Avenue. Tragically, Allen was pronounced dead at the scene. Allen had left Yoke’s Fresh Market when a westbound vehicle hit her. The suspect vehicle did not stop at the scene and is believed to have sustained front passenger’s side damage. Anyone with information about the fatality was asked to call Cpl.
