Tragic accident that occurred on August 15 in Jefferson, Alabama. Kellie Stephenson was injured in a head-on collision along Interstate 495 when a Jeep Cherokee collided head-on with a Mazda. The impact caused the Jeep to then collide with a Freightliner street sweeper. The driver of the Mazda, Kellie R. Stephenson was transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries. The accident remains under investigation by ALEA. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
