Keira Duffy was one of two people who died in a head-on collision along Highway 13 when a Jeep Cherokee crossed the centerline. As the driver corrected the vehicle, a Toyota driver took evasive action and the Jeep and Toyota crashed head-on. Passenger Duffy was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
