Joshua Neal Killed In Oklahoma City, OK Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 16 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Joshua Neal sadly died when a speeding vehicle crossed East Sheridan Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard at a high rate of speed. Rhodes drove past the dead end, through a fence, over a dirt berm, past a concrete barrier and over the railroad tracks. Neal, a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators said that the driver showed signs of intoxication but refused to be tested. A warrant was later obtained for a blood test. Rhode is now facing charges of first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and wrong way on one way road. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
