Joseph Kelly was tragically killed when an out-of-control garbage truck rear-ended a school bus and three other vehicles on Express Drive South. The garbage truck rear-ended Kelly’s Honda Accord, before sideswiping a school bus and then rear-ended a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sadly, Kelly was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
