The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 30 in Seattle, Washington. Joseph Garcia was seriously injured after being hit by a truck that officials say "failed to yield the right-of-way” at 6th Avenue South and South Holgate Street. Paramedics responded to the scene and transported Garcia to an area hospital for treatment. Investigators are still trying to figure out the circumstances that led to this tragic accident.
