Josefina Villarreal dies in San Antonio, TX Accident

Hit while walking home from neighborhood store

A tragic accident occurred on December 3 in San Antonio, Texas, when 63-year-old Josefina Morales Villarreal was struck and killed by a pickup truck on Roosevelt Avenue. She was walking home from a store and died at the scene. The driver stopped and attempted to render aid. Police reported no speeding. SAPD and Medical Examiner responded. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim’s family.
