Tragic accident that occurred on September 12 in Kent, Washington. Jose Nolasco was seriously injured following a vehicle vs. bicycle collision at East Titus Street and Central Avenue South. The motorist who hit Nolasco is accused of failing to yield the right-of-way to the cyclist. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
