Tragic accident that occurred on February 5th in Daytona Beach, Florida. A bicyclist was tragically struck and killed at Halifax Avenue and Oak Ridge Boulevard. Johnnie Freeman, who fled the scene, was arrested in connection with the crash.The bicyclist was rushed to a local hospital, where they died. Freeman was apprehended a short distance from the scene.
