John Schroeder Injured In Henrietta, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on February 28 in Henrietta, Texas. John Schroeder was injured when his pickup truck was struck by a tractor-trailer that failed to yield to him on U.S. 287. The collision occurred near the Triangle Brick Company plant. The DPS said that an 18-wheeler was leaving the brick plant and entering southbound traffic when it failed to yield to the right of way to southbound traffic. Schroeder was unable to avoid the semi, striking the rear of it. Schroeder was airlifted to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth with serious injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
