John Cullota Jr. Injured In Neoga, IL Accident

Commercial truck accident on Interstate 57

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, February 15 at around 3:59 PM in Neoga, Illinois. John Cullota Jr. was tragically injured after his truck was rear ended by a semi truck on Interstate 57. He was hit by 41-year-old Brian McGrath, who was traveling in a Peterbilt Truck-Tractor Semi-Trailer combination. Cullota slowed down out of caution for a snow plow and was hit from behind by the big rig. Cullota was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.
