Joe Puga Killed In El Centro, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 16th in El Centro, California. Joe Puga, a family man and retired farmer, was tragically struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver just outside of his Ross Avenue home. The victim was struck by a Nissan Rogue driven by 25-year-old Joey Keck, who fled the scene after the collision. Puga was rushed to El Centro Regional Medical Center, where he later died. His family is remembering him as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Keck was apprehended a day after the fateful incident and has been charged with suspicion of hit-and-run driving resulting in death or serious injury to another person.
