Jessica Deloney Injured In Duluth, MN Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 28 in Duluth, Minnesota. Jessica Deloney was injured when she was struck by a police car along E. Second Street. The pedestrian, 47-year-old Jessica, was transported to Essentia Health-St. Mary's with non-life-threatening injuries. MSP confirmed that the police officer was on duty at the time of the crash, but no emergency equipment such as lights or sirens were activated.  The investigation is being led by MSP. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
