A tragic accident occurred on July 20 in Vista, California, when a 28-year-old man from National City was fatally struck by a vehicle. The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. near Buena Creek Road and Santa Fe Avenue. Jessica Boykin, 38, was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run after driving on a bike path for 4 miles.
