Tragic accident that occurred on Friday February 11th in Troy, New York. Jerome Smith was tragically killed in a car accident on Hoosick Street near 13th Street. Further details about the fateful accident were not immediately available except that the victim was driving with his mother. Jerome is being remembered by his heartbroken family as a young man with a jovial personality and an infectious laugh. The crash remains under investigation by the Troy Police Department.
