Jeffrey R. Dailey sadly died in a hit-and-run accident while crossing State Route 161. The southbound driver fled the scene after the accident, police said. Dailey was taken to St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, where he later died. The WSP is actively pursuing the hit-and-run suspect who faces felony charges.
