Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, December 15 in Spokane, Washington. Jeanne Layton was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while walking across west Whistalks Way, and West Randolph Road. The 41-year-old driver of the car failed to yield the right of way and struck the pedestrian that was transported to the hospital for treatment. The crash remains under investigation.
