Jeanette Drew Killed In Tarboro, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on May 14 in Tarboro, North Carolina. Jeanette Drew died after a motor vehicle crashed into an apartment building along Western Boulevard at Northern Boulevard. The wreck occurred when a red Dodge Journey went through a police checkpoint without stopping. A high-speed chase ensued until the suspect vehicle slammed into unit 28 at the Northgate Apartments complex. Jeanette Drew sadly died from her injuries. The driver was arrested and charged with multiple crimes including felony death by motor vehicle; speeding/fleeing to elude arrest; driving while impaired and possession of marijuana.
