Around 9:40 p.m., two vehicles hit the victim in the 3300 block of West Main Street. One driver stopped, but 62-year-old James Collins Jr. fled. The victim later died at a hospital. Collins was arrested and charged with Collision Involving Death, with bond set at $250,000.
