Tragic accident that occurred on February 14 in Austin, Texas. Jacob Sussman was arrested on a charge of intoxication manslaughter after a crash on U.S. Highway 290 near William Cannon Drive. Sussman was the driver of a vehicle that hit a pedestrian before rear-ending a vehicle. Sussman was arrested on a charge of intoxication manslaughter.
