Isaac Washington has sadly died after being involved in a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 526 near the Westmoreland Bridge. According to a police report, Washington collided with the Toyota and Lexus while traveling on the right shoulder of the highway. Sadly, Washington died at the Medical University of South Carolina. The accident remains under investigation.
