Howard Eby Killed in Longview, WA Accident

Struck at 11th Avenue and Washington Way

A tragic accident occurred on October 4 in Longview, Washington, when Howard Eby was killed in a hit-and-run crash. Around 2 a.m., 33-year-old Shelby Toland struck Eby at 11th Avenue and Washington Way. He died at a hospital. No other victims were reported. Toland fled the scene.
