Gene Kulp died when he was struck by an alleged impaired motorist near Lexington Avenue and Curlew Street. He was driving a tractor-trailer when he pulled over to assess a potential mechanical issue and was struck by a vehicle, and pinned between that vehicle and the tractor-trailer. Sadly, Kulp died at the site of the crash.
