Gary Belvin Killed in Splendora, TX Accident

A tragic accident occurred on May 7 in Splendora, Texas, when Gary Belvin was struck and killed by a vehicle in the 15000 block of U.S. Highway 59. Authorities said the driver, identified as 35-year-old Jeremy Michael Buckner, fled the scene after the collision.
