Garrett Edwards Involved In Arcadia, FL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 2 in Arcadia, Florida. Garrett Cole Edwards faces DUI manslaughter charges in connection with a crash that killed two people and left two others with serious injuries. Four people were riding in a John Deere utility vehicle that was traveling west on County Road 660 when a Ford sedan slammed into the rear of the ATV, forcing it into a ditch and into a wooden fence. All the occupants of the utility vehicle were ejected, with two of them sustaining fatal injuries. Edwards was arrested on multiple charges, including two counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI with serious bodily injury.  Edwards remains in the DeSoto County Jail. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
