Frank Dawkins Killed In Rockingham, NC Accident

Crash along Mizpah Road

Tragic accident that occurred on October 31 in Rockingham, North Carolina. Frank Dawkins lost his life when he was struck by a motorist along Mizpah Road while walking along the shoulder. Dawkins succumbed to injuries from the crash. Officers believed the driver was speeding at the time of the crash. He was charged with misdemeanor death; exceeding safe speeds; not wearing a seat belt; improper child restraint; expired registration, expired inspection and a window tint violation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
