Fidel Mendoza Rios Arrested in Titus County, TX Accident

Bicyclist Struck on FM 2152 (Greenhill Road)

A tragic accident occurred on June 30 in Titus County, Texas, when a bicyclist was struck and killed in a hit-and-run on FM 2152. Around 8:30 p.m., the victim was hit from behind by a vehicle driven by 52-year-old Fidel Mendoza Rios, who fled the scene. Authorities later arrested Rios and charged him with failure to stop and render aid. Authorities are investigating. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
