Vehicle fails to yield the right of way

Tragic accident that occurred on April 8 in Midland, Texas. Felipe Avila was tragically killed in an accident with a dump truck that failed to yield the right of way to a Ford F-350 in the 7100 block of North State Highway 349, at the intersection of Craddick Highway. As a result, the vehicles collided. Sadly, both men were pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
