Erika Perez was injured when the vehicle that she was a passenger in crashed when it lost control on eastbound Interstate 84. The vehicle went off I-84 and overturned into an embankment. Perez was taken to Westchester Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
