Around 3:07 p.m., two westbound cars raced down East Lancaster Avenue. One lost control, struck a bus stop, and crashed into a Conoco store. One person at the stop was killed. 24-year-old Detavius Hayes was arrested in connection with the incident. Another driver involved in the incident was also taken into custody. Authorities are investigating.
