Dawn Hall died when her vehicle was hit by a tractor-trailer along Interstate 55. A tractor-trailer failed to slow and rear-ended a pickup truck and Hall's SUV. The impact caused the SUV to overturn into a ditch. Sadly, Hall was pronounced dead at the scene.
