David Pemberton Killed In Fayetteville, AR Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on January 13 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. David Michael Pemberton was tragically killed when officers attempted to pull over a reckless driver on Wedington Drive. The driver allegedly fled, running a red light and traveling through a neighborhood at high speeds. He then swerved around cars on Rupple Road before losing control of his vehicle and striking Pemberton’s vehicle. Sadly, Pemberton was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver will be charged with negligent homicide, fleeing and other traffic violations. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
