Dakota Lamons Killed In Cullman, AL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 9 in Cullman, Alabama. Dakota Lamons died when the bicycle he was riding was struck by a hit-and-run motorist along Alabama Highway 9. Lamons was ejected in the crash and tragically declared deceased at the site of the crash. Authorities continue to search for the motorist responsible and say they suspect the vehicle involved is a Chevrolet Silverado or a GMC Sierra with a missing passenger side mirror. Anyone with information is urged to contact investigators at 256-353-0631. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
