Curtis Maxey Killed In Danville, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on April 24 in Danville, Illinois. Curtis Maxey died when his truck was hit head-on by another vehicle along County Road 2000. Maxey was transported to OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center where he succumbed to injuries. The SUV driver was cited for improper lane usage. His identity was not disclosed. The accident remains under investigation by the sheriff's office. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
