Colt Lee Bourland died when he was struck by a motorist along Interstate 20. Bourland was involved in a separate crash with a tractor-trailer, and after exchanging information with the truck driver, he called for a tow truck. While standing outside of his disabled vehicle, he was hit by another vehicle. Bourland was pronounced dead at the scene. Fort Worth police continue to investigate.
