Tragic accident that occurred on December 30 in Marshall, New York. Christopher Gannon was involved in a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash that sent a juvenile to the hospital with critical injuries. The juvenile – who was not publicly identified – was attempting to retrieve the loose canine along Route 12B when a southbound pickup truck, driven by Christopher, was unable to stop in time due to poor visibility. The juvenile was taken to Wynn Hospital in Utica with critical but non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
