Tragic accident that occurred on September 29 in Tacoma, Washington. Christopher Costales was seriously injured in a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision at South 21st Street and Pacific Avenue. Medics responded to the scene and transported Costales to an area hospital for treatment. An investigation is underway to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the accident.
