Tragic accident that occurred on September 20 in Tampa, Florida. Chelsea Hernandez was charged with DUI manslaughter after failing to stop at a red light at the off-ramp intersection of Interstate 4 west and East Columbus Drive. It resulted in a collision between the Scion and a dump truck. The man in the front passenger seat of the Scion was rushed to a local hospital, where he passed away. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
