Eight-year-old Carlos Ozuna Junior died when the car he was a passenger in crashed on expressway 83 after fleeing the scene of another accident. The driver, 17-year-old Saul Aguirre struck a van near South Taylor Road, fled the scene, and drove onto westbound Expressway 83, where he lost control of his vehicle causing it to roll. Three children and an adult passenger were injured in the crash. Young Carlos was rushed to a local hospital where he sadly later died. Heuirre was arrested in connection with the crash.
