Tragic accident that occurred on October 12 in Lacey, Washington. Camille Locklear was injured after being hit by a driver who authorities say failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection of Ruddell Road and 54th Avenue. Locklear was transported to a hospital for treatment. While investigators continue to examine the evidence, it remains unclear whether the motorist would face any charges.We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
