Zapata Memorial Boat Ramp. Authorities said the victims were attempting to jumpstart their vehicle when they were sideswiped. One juvenile has been released from the hospital, while the other remains hospitalized. Rodriguez later turned herself in and was charged with failure to stop and render aid and collision involving serious bodily injury. The investigation is ongoing.
