Brandon Rogers was tragically killed in a nine-vehicle wreck caused by a tractor-trailer on Interstate 10. The accident occurred when the operator of an International truck tractor semi-trailer failed to control his speed and hit the back of a BMW passenger car that Rogers was a passenger in.
