Billy Snyder, an adoring husband and loving father was tragically killed in a crash that involved a suspected drunk driver. Mack had allegedly been speeding just before the crash. Mack fled the scene, but was later apprehended by police that noted a strong odor of alcohol on his person and vehicle.
