Bicyclist struck on Franklin St.

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 15 in Olympia, Washington. Austin Sharff was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle at the intersection of Franklin Street and Legion Way Southeast. The 24 year old driver of the vehicle failed to yield the right of way, triggering a collision. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
