Tragic accident that occurred on September 20 in Payne, Oklahoma. Ashley Taylor was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident while riding an electric bicycle when she was hit from behind by a vehicle on U.S. 177. The driver that struck Taylor fled the scene after the accident. Authorities are actively pursuing the suspect in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
