Tragic accident that occurred on September 29 in Los Angeles, California. Angelica Lucero Perez lost her life when she was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Venice Boulevard, near the intersection at Seventh Avenue. The driver fled after the collision. The victim, 52-year-old Angelica Lucero Perez, was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. The LAPD West Traffic Division is leading an investigation into the crash.
