Andrew J. Valdes was tragically struck and killed by two vehicles on Howland Boulevard. The victim was struck by a station wagon which propelled him into the southbound lane, where he was struck by a second vehicle. Sadly, Valdes was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
