Andres Morales was involved in a tragic accident when he struck and killed a bicyclist while under the influence. The unidentified victim was struck by a speeding vehicle driven by Morales on Wooley Road. According to a police report, Morales veered onto the right shoulder of the roadway, hitting the victim. Sadly, the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Morales was arrested for felony vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, DUI alcohol causing injury, and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent.
