Amanda Staron was arrested for driving while intoxicated in an accident that left two people with injuries. The South Windsor Police Department says a vehicle driven by Amanda blew through a red light at Ellington Road and Chapel Road and collided with a second vehicle. Staron failed field sobriety tests and was charged with operating under the influence, violation of a traffic control signal, and drinking while driving.
