Alonzo Grant Killed In Centralia, WA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on March 9 in Centralia, Washington. Alonzo Grant lost his life when he was struck by a railroad locomotive at B Street. Grant was conscious when help arrived but he was unable to make a coherent statement. Grant was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where he succumbed to injuries. Centralia police received a report of a loud party and possible gunshots in the area just before the report of the train accident. Although Grant was not shot, officers said they had determined that the incidents were connected. The accident remains under investigation.
